How To Use Clear Memory Piece Black Desert

Stuck At Level 49

I was on my Archer and it came to the level 50 quest, i was looking for the memory fragment which i couldn't find in my inventory. I forfeited the quest thinking i could go back to it and get another memory fragment, but i can't find the quest off the black spirit, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tried relogging? It should be underneath "Suggestions" in the black spirit menu.

Thanks, i will take a look now.

Just looked and it's not in there, am i gonna have to delete the character and start again ?, i don't want to have to do that :(

Sorry it would be under the "Main" tab. If it's not there send a support ticket instead of remaking, they might be able to just give you the clear memory piece.

Got the memory piece, just need to find the quest, looked through tons of quests and it's not there, surely it must be somewhere i would of thought.

You right click on the memory piece and it gives you a quest.

Already tried that but will give it another go tonight.

Tried again and it says i can't use it right now even though i have tried it in different places. I have subnitted a ticket but no idea when they will respond.
